From an incentives perspective, we minimise the risk of unconscious biases through a broad-based, diverse lender panel that includes both major banks and second-tier lenders. Our brokers receive the same commission percentage, irrespective of which referrals they make.
Importantly, we also connect our clients to other relevant solutions providers, such as buyers advocates and property advisers. By supplementing our brokers' recommendations with advice from other qualified professionals, we ensure that our clients can make fully informed decisions about their financial futures, rather than relying on potentially biased information from a single source.
